Meet Aude Austruy, founder of Doula4me, based in Clapham and supporting women in both English and French.

Aude is a doula for life, supporting women through the important transitions of their lives with a calm, personalised and deeply caring approach. Her work began around pregnancy, birth and postpartum, and has naturally grown into wider support for women and families through the many changes that come with motherhood and beyond.

Through Doula4me, Aude offers doula support, hypnobirthing, hypnosis-based tools, rebozo care, postnatal treatments and sleep consultancy. Her approach connects body and mind, helping women feel more grounded, confident and supported in every stage of their journey.

Aude supports all types of birth, whether physiological, medicalised, induced, with epidural or by caesarean. She believes there is no single perfect way to experience birth or motherhood – only the way that feels right, safe and supportive for each woman and each family.

A key part of her work today is also sleep support. Aude helps families navigate sleep challenges with a gentle, responsive and non-judgemental approach, respecting both the child’s needs and the parents’ values. Her aim is to bring more calm, more understanding and more rest to the whole family.

She also offers holistic care through tools such as hypnosis, rebozo and nurturing postnatal treatments, creating space for women to reconnect with themselves physically and emotionally during times of change.

With roots in France and experience across France, Switzerland and the UK, Aude brings an open-minded and culturally sensitive perspective to her work. Based in South West London, she offers support locally around Clapham, Battersea and nearby areas, as well as online.
