Designed for children aged 4–11, the camps blend musical learning with imaginative, screen-free activities in a safe, Ofsted-registered and SEN-friendly environment. Loved by families across London, The Strings Club offers a memorable holiday experience where children can build confidence, explore their creativity and make new friends.
The Strings Club was founded by mum and award-winning entrepreneur Amy Cunningham, who set out to create a place where children feel supported, inspired and ready to shine through the power of music and creativity.
Inspiring Easter Themes
The Strings Club Holiday Camps are built around imaginative themes designed to spark curiosity and confidence. This Easter’s line-up includes:
- 🎬 Movie Music Magic (30 March – 2 April)
- 🚀 Space Adventures (7 – 10 April)
- 🐣 Spring into Action (7 – 17 April, Dulwich only)
Every theme is brought to life through a bespoke curriculum created in-house by Activities Leader Lucy Hoy, a qualified primary teacher currently studying for a PhD in Education. Her carefully designed programme blends music, creativity and child development to ensure every day offers something new.
During Space Adventures, children blast off on an intergalactic musical journey. Younger campers aged 4–7 explore playful activities such as space-inspired yoga and creative galaxy painting. Older children take on musical puzzles and challenges that decode the language of rhythm and notes, alongside energetic team games with a cosmic twist.
The week also explores the powerful role of music in storytelling, as children discover how epic soundtracks help bring adventures to life.
Music at the Heart
Music sits at the heart of every camp day. Mornings feature engaging string sessions led by specialist teachers, with free instrument hire included so every child can join in and experience the joy of making music.
Afternoons open up a wider world of creativity with sport, drama, dance, arts and crafts and wellbeing activities that build confidence and friendships. Each day ends on a high note with a celebration concert where children proudly share what they’ve learned!
