Founded by a South West London local, Ollie, Butter & Crust started with a simple thought: growing up, weekend mornings meant one thing to him and his family: a trip to the local bakery. What if you could bring that feeling to people’s doorsteps?
He began small, waking up at 5 am to deliver fresh sourdough and pastries to neighbours. Before long, more locals were ordering too, having heard about “that guy on the bike”.
