Frangipani Holidays

Frangipani Holidays is a newly launched travel agency run by Clapham-based Claire Masse. This local independent travel agency focuses on organising tailored luxury family holidays around the world. As part of a larger franchise and Hays Independent Travel Group, Frangipani Holidays is ABTA and ATOL protected and has access to 100s of suppliers along with exclusive deals and prices. Frangipani Holidays can book package holidays, tours, family-friendly city breaks, skiing holidays, Disney trips, cruises, you name it!

Being a mum of two boys, now aged 4 and 7, Claire noticed that there was gap in the market for family holidays: “When I was booking holidays for my own family, I struggled finding all the information I needed online or with travel agents. Going on holiday with a young family is a whole new experience compared to when we used to travel as a couple. Parents have lots of new questions and can feel a bit lost.” Claire’s passion for travel started at a very young age, having spent her childhood holidays in her parent’s travel agency. She was lucky to travel as a child and spent 5 years in Hong Kong and Asia in her 20s.
Claire has put together her top 10 luxury family resorts in Europe – great both for kids and parents.
