Kids EDEN Camp (@kidsedencamp) is back this half-term with another fun packed week.

I FEEL LOVE has all the spoils of Valentine's and more! Covering Arts & Crafts and Lifestyle & Wellbeing. Drop-off at 8:40am, pick-up at 6:00pm, teamed with a warm hearty lunch and 2 healthy snacks.

Hot pics for the week include, styrofoam printing, making abstract family portraits, Yoga, PE, a special tasting session at Meli Art, Get Into the Groove 80's Disco and a visit to Electric Dreams exhibition at Tate Modern and chocolate. Are You Ready for Kids EDEN Camp this half term?

Meet Alissa Glowacki, a specialist paediatric spee

Meet Alissa Glowacki, a specialist paediatric speech and language therapist and founder of Poppie Speech & Language Therapy. Alissa focuses on building a collaborative framework for a child to thrive in by empowering families & caregivers to recognise the facilitative contexts & tools from which they can readily pull & incorporate into their child’s routines.

Alissa offers evaluation & therapy to children of all ages, presenting with a diverse range of communication differences. This includes children with pronunciation or articulation delays, phonological disorders, stammering, motor speech disorders, global developmental delay, developmental language disorder (DLD), & pre-existing diagnoses (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, & Congenital Disorders).

That’s a wrap! 2024 was a milestone year- turned

That’s a wrap! 2024 was a milestone year- turned 40, 15 years of being married and I made the most of these landmarks. I went on my first solo trip since having children!
Professionally it was a challenging year- found new partners, lost a few dear ones. I had to pull out of events with health issues. It is hard to work alone, especially when you lost motivation. I took on too many side gigs and I was struggling to keep up.
On the flip side, I also hit revenue targets I had set as a goal, I was nominated for “Best Online Business” by Wandsworth Women (didn’t win though).
It was a challenging year but I am happy I kept going and kept learning.

As the year winds to a close, I am hoping to learn and evolve, work on setting boundaries so I don’t overcommit, and focus on health.

Goodbye 2024, you have been memorable!
