These are strange times and we won’t use this space to moan about it. It’s time to think about ways to entertain your child while school is suspended.
Here are list of classes and activities which are available online. We will keep updating this list, so please check back for more inspiration.
Let’s get active together! Children need to move, join them on week days for some fun, fitness and music. Adults are welcome too.
Amanda is offering a 7 day trial then it’s £2 per month or £20 for the year.
Artful Toddler will be running live Facebook crafting, with stuff you may have lying around the house, as well a series of pre-recorded crafting videos to inspire your imagination. Details will be posted on Facebook page.
BE.Dance offer fun tots dance classes as well as kids and teens classes in commercial, musical theatre, tap and lyrical dance. They plan to have a timetable of live YouTube classes for all ages, including some for mums and dads starting soon. Follow them on Instagram to find their session.
Busylizzy are running weekly 7 days a week with 6 baby and 4 toddler classes. The timetable is live on their app. Unlimited access to these classes is £20 per month, and classes can be viewed ‘live’ on our Facebook members group.

Bed Time Storytime every week night at about 6.30pm on Instagram. Bring something to shake , a teddy and a magic wand (This can be a jar of beans and wooden spoon there is no wrong) Follow @cliptheatre – click on logo on the feed, you can view again for 24 hours so there’s an installment there from 6.30 Monday- Saturday. Later this week they will be putting full CLIP classes to view for a small fee, but Storytime will be ongoing and free.
The Ellendel school are offering FREE online Speech and Drama lessons for the remainder of this term to new students. These will be offered on a first come first serve basis. Please email: email@example.com
Anything from helping with guitar exams to teaching bored teenagers a really cool riff, to stuck at home parents who would like a brush up on that guitar that they have had hanging around. Harry teaches pupils from 8 years upwards from his recording studio via Skype.
Starting March 30th, Hartbeeps will be offering daily sessions, things to play and do, and an online community for kids and their grown ups. Block of 4 weeks is £26, each session is £6.50).

In the current challenging times, Laura Shimili Mears Photography, has set-up a free group for photography inspiration for kids and parents. The group is for parents who want to take better photos of their children and now have a great opportunity to do that. It is also an opportunity to entertain the children during the day by giving them some inspiration, guidance and the invitation to do something themselves.

MAMAcodes are now offering online coding sessions via video tutoring, with a choice of three types of classes to choose from.
The sessions can be 1:1 or small groups of up to 4 children. Free trials now available!
Montessori Circle Time is a fun and educational Montessori music class, designed by an experienced Montessori Nursery Teacher, for babies and children aged 0-4 years supporting EYFS through Music, British Sign Language (BSL) and games. Starting Monday 23rd March, Joe will be hosting a live PE workout session on his Youtube channel at 9 am (Mondays to Fridays). The workouts will be fun and suitable for all ages and adults can get involved.

Multisport classes that are on Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursday. Classes are grouped by age groups: 2-5, 5-7 and 8-11.
Classes online with all the familiar props, songs, stories and lots of visuals with Harry playing different instruments and Annie doing all the actions so that the children can sit and watch and join in almost as if they are in a real class.
First class online on Sunday. Facebook Livestream on Monday, Wednesday adn Friday at 11am.
