I don’t know about you guys, but as a native New Yorker that is used to being inundated with the newest workout trends, I have eagerly been waiting for HIIT Yoga to reach London for some time now….and here it is!

HIIT Yoga, which was launched in Clapham just this September, brings together two highly popular exercise forms combining High Intensity Interval Training with Yoga…which is ideal for the time-sensitive Mum since you are getting two intense workouts together in just one hour!

Meet Sasha and Kate, the instructors responsible for creating HIIT Yoga and for bringing this amazing new workout to our neighbourhood. Together, they give you a tailored routine which increases your metabolism, burns fat, improves flexibility, tones up your muscles and leaves you feeling fantastic and ready to face the day.
