Baby Massage has many benefits for both baby and you, their parent or carer. As well as bonding, it helps relieve colic and wind, stimulates your baby’s circulation and improves their body awareness. The classes provide you with the tools to help your child’s development, as well as making you more confident in trusting your abilities and instincts as a parent. Baby Massage classes at Love and Nurture are suitable for babies aged six weeks to crawling, and are more than a come and go class. Parents have the chance to talk about different topics such as settling, sleep and self-care over a cuppa and a cheeky biscuit or two.

Baby Yoga classes, where your baby is doing the yoga, is a great way to bond, communicate and relax with your your little one. Promoting your baby’s general health and well-being, baby yoga promotes tummy time, improves muscle tone and body awareness, and help relieve colic and wind. Suitable for babies aged eight weeks to crawling, the fun Baby Yoga classes are carefully designed to stimulate your baby and awaken their senses.
